Obesity has been regarded as one of the most growing problems of the 20th century. According to researches in the USA (where many experts are looking for successfully designed diets to lose weight) this addictive habit of overeating which leads eventually to obesity and many other psychological problems is running the lives of 74 millions of people. Even the ones that have no problem of this kind are interested in finding out the perfect, painless solution of how to lose weight.

In this modern era, there are many ways of how to control your body fat. Forget the long ad dangerous diets; forget even the idea of skipping one meal in your daily nutrition. Step one is to eat six times a day. This does not imply that you can eat whatever you like, and not control your portions. The key is to eat seldom, but in smaller portions. Step three regards you psychological state of mind. Some say, well just think positive and you will lose weight... No way does that work...But you do need a support! You can not do it on your own (or maybe you can but it will be very hard for you), and why should you when there is a lot of people out there that had the same problem and can give you valuable advice. Exercise, exercise, exercise, the whole work will fail if you do not have some exercise involved. The best way staying committed to this for some rather challenging solution is to keep an exercise plan. Always keep track of what you are eating and how often you exercise. Make a plan and stick to it. This is a must in order for you to successfully lose weight and keep it off.

And finally step five is to be consistent. Stick to your plan, if it gets rough go trough these four steps to regain your strength and will, get support from your friends and never start your diet plan with 'I'll start tomorrow'. Do not start checking your weight the next day, you will only get discouraged. This process takes time, after all, it took some time to gain the weight, so it will take some time to successfully lose weight as well.
