The more money money you spend, the more hours you will have to work. Spending money that you didn't have in the first place only leads down one road. That road is getting yourself further in debt.

Wouldn't you like to eliminate your debt?

One of the first steps to getting out of debt is to stop spending! I know it will be hard at first, but you can do it little by little. I know you can.

Pick a day, any day, and decide to not spend a single red cent for the whole day.

How do you not spend any money for a day? Simple. Do the following.

1) Make your own coffee and bagel in the morning. Don't go to Starbucks and pay upwards of $4.00 for a coffee that you can make at home for nothing. Make your own bagel too.

2) Take your lunch with you. Don't buy your lunch. This will probably save you at least six bucks. By the time you get a sandwich, snack and something to drink, oh and some chips too, It can be pricey.

3) Stay away from that vending machine at the office. There is probably nothing in there that is any good for you anyway. Go for a walk outside instead of down the hall to get a snack. bring your own snack from home.

4) Ladies, learn to curl your own hair. Get yourself one of the best curling iron that is made. Don't go to the hairdresser every 3 days to have someone else do it.

There you have it. 4 ways that you can help you not spend money at work. Do it one day. Do it two days. Keep doing it until you are up to 7 days. You will have more money in your pocket and most likely you will be eating better to.

William likes to write on just about anything. To check out another of his websites head on over to http://www.bestcurlingiron.org/ where you just might find who can provide you with the best curling iron to do your hair
