3 Workouts You Can Do Anywhere Quickly and Easily, No Matter How Busy You Are

With the busy lives people live, it can be difficult to find ways to be in shape. As long you can spare a few minutes a day, you can be in good shape. A lot of people have this stigma that in order to be in shape, you have to spend hours at the gym. Here are some ways to get in shape without taking up much time. The core concept is to maximize the little time you have and not waste it. These three workouts I listed need no equipment and you can get a great sweat from it in only minutes time.

1. Jumping Squats

Squat down and the floor, explode and jump up in the air. Try to get some air time, the higher the better. The air time you get will get you a much better burn than just doing a regular squat. You can also hold a medicine ball too to add some extra weight and give you an extra burn.

2. Straight Blasts

Put your arms up like you are fighting, and make a vertical punch in the air, then follow it up with another vertical punch, until you are repeatedly punching in a circular fashion. This will definitely burn your arms if you do this in a very fast manner for about 30-60 seconds. If you are working in a cubicle, you can definitely do it sitting down in your chair.

3. Shadow Boxing

Pretend you are fighting an opponent. Throw jabs, straight rights, left hooks, uppercuts, mix them up. If you punch non stop for a minute, you will be tired for sure. Say you are at an office, you can definitely find an empty room and do this workout.
