3 Ways You Can Make You Feel Good About Yourself After a Breakup

Have you just gone through a painful breakup? Do you ever miss your loved one? Breaking up with your loved one is perhaps one of the most painful things you have ever experienced. It can make you do silly things like begging for forgiveness when there's no hope or drink your sorrows down. A lot of people who had gone through a painful breakup usually fall into a trap where they don't do anything and get depressed.
Here are three things you can do to cheer yourself up:
1. Listen to angry breakup songs.
Search through your mp3 album for angry breakup songs like, Ben Folds Five - Songs for the Dumped, and put your stereo at full blast. Lie down and try to release those feelings. If it helps, shout at loud and sing along to the rhythm of the song.
2. Exercise
Exercise releases endorphins from your body and this chemical will make you feel happier. You can do this by walking around your neighborhood for twenty minutes or swim at the beach. Doing these things will automatically feel good about yourself and also make you healthier.
3. Talk to a close friend
Give your good friend a call and try to vent out your feelings. It is no good in trying to keep thinking about the bad things that had happened to you as it would prevent you from moving forward. Try to find a friend that is a good listener and won't judge you. The more you talk, the more likely you will release any hurt feelings you have.
