3 Ways To Tone Your Arms Fast For Women

Let's face it, life today can be very hectic. Whether you are working hard to meet work deadlines, juggling the kids all day, or any number of other resonsibilities it can be tough to find the time for exercise. Gym memberships can be costly and traveling to and from a gym can take alot of time as well. Well, no need to worry. If you can spare a few minutes each day, there are some very effective exercises you can do at home without using weights or spending the money for a gym membership.

First is the push-up. While this exercise may conjer up memories and images from elementary school, the push-up is still one of the simplest and effective exercises to tone your arms fast. Done properly, this exercise will certainly tone and strengthen your arms. Starting out slowly and not doing more than you are capable of is the key to getting the most benefit. To begin, place your hands on the floor a little wider than your shoulders, with your feet stretched out. Smoothly and slowly allow your body to lower towards the floor and then smoothly push back up. Don't do too much when you are first starting out with this exercise. Start with 2 sets of 10-12 repetitions in each set. You will be amazed how quickly you can work up to more reps.

Second, the pull-up. This exercise does not require weights, but you will need a bar to hang your body from. Many sporting goods stores carry bars that can be placed in a doorway, or you may have a playset in your yard with bars that can be used. This exercise is more difficult to do than push-ups, but if you go slowly and work your way up, it is a very good exercise to tone your arms fast. I recommend starting with you body supported on a chair or something that can support most of your body weight. Pull up using your legs to assist you until your chin surpasses the bar. Don't over do this exercise. Just do as many as you are comfortable with and before long you will be able to do quite a few.

Third is the tricep dip. Only requiring a chair for a support, this exercise will help to tone the back of the upper arm or tricep. To do this exercise, place your hands on the edge of the chair about a body width apart with the front of your body facing away from the chair. Now lower yourself keeping your back straight and close to the chair, then push back up.

All of these simple exercises are great ways to tone your arms fast and effectively without costing alot of money or time. A few spare minutes a day doing them and before long you will be able to show off those toned, sexy arms you have always wanted.
