You woke up today and realized that you're getting fatter and fatter. But at the same time you're too lazy to do something about it OR you don't know what to do so you put it off. Don't you hate how you feel about yourself when you don't know what to do to lose weight / get rid of fat? Want to learn how to lose belly fat?
Are there fat burning exercises or belly fat exercises we can do to get rid of fat on our tummies? Is there a belly fat diet?
1st vital tip on how to lose belly fat:
Everything you are going to do, TAKE IT EASY and DO IT LONG TERM. If you're thinking about how to lose fat in your tummy you've got to take it one step at a time. DO NOT GO FULL BLAST in any exercise or change in diet. You didn't get fat overnight right? You gained it over time.
2nd vital tip on how to lose belly fat:
Start making small but healthier changes in your how you eat. Can you eat more fruits and vegetables? Add 1 piece of fruit to every meal. Like an apple, orange, pear, banana, etc. These are fat burning foods! How about a salad with every meal BUT GO EASY ON THE SALAD DRESSING. Salad dressing is almost pure fat so if you're trying to get rid of fat don't drown your salad in dressing!!!!!! Cut down on the fast food if you can but remember TIP#1 (read the above tip again!) Little by little.
3rd vital tip on how to lose belly fat:
Get a gym membership and start going once or twice a week for ONLY 30-45 minutes each time. Tuesday and Thursday or Monday and Thursday to start off. Do ONLY 2 or 3 fat burning exercises each time you go and don't go crazy on the weights or machines!!!!! Are you listening??? Just get in the habit of going! Just have fun and enjoy the social environment while trying to reach your goals.
