3 Vegetables That Burn Abdominal Fat

You know that your mom always told you to "eat your vegetables"...  But I bet you didn't know that there is a specific type of vegetable that contains very unique phytochemicals that actually helps to stimulate the burning of stubborn abdominal fat.

Here's what you may not know about how this works...

You see, there are chemical substances that we are exposed to in our environment, food supply, water supply, and even from cleaners that may be in our houses or even skincare products... The specific type of chemicals that you need to know about are called "xenoestrogens" as a whole, and these chemicals actually stimulate your body to want to store more belly fat.

Even if you choose organic foods, try to use "all natural" skincare products, and try to avoid pollution as much as possible, it's virtually impossible to entirely avoid your exposure to these types of belly fat stimulating xenoestrogens on a daily basis.

But that's where this unique type of vegetables can come in and help to fight against the effects of the xenoestrogens.

What we are talking about here are cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, kale, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, etc.  Cruciferous vegetables such as these contain unique phytochemicals such as I3C (indole-3-carbinol) that actually help to deactivate the effects of xenoestrogens in the body, and therefore, help to fight against belly fat!

Try to include some healthy fats (such as extra virgin olive oil, avocados, or grass-fed cheese) with your cruciferous vegetables because the fats aid in the absorption of the nutrients from veggies such as broccoli or cabbage or kale.

This is one of those "small details", but if done regularly, including cruciferous vegetables in your daily diet just might help you to burn off that stubborn stomach fat more effectively.
