3 Short Workouts to Get a Beach Body

With only three short workouts a week you can get a toned flat stomach. This may seem impossible to you but the truth is that if you focus on quality and not quantity then you will see results. Short quality exercises always out perform long low quality exercises. Super-sets and intervals are among the best exercises to lose weight fast. They are both quality exercises that will guarantee maximum results in minimum time.

Super-sets are great for those people who want to burn body fat while building muscle. This type of workout will have you in and out of the gym in 20 minutes. It is always best to pair up lower body exercises with upper body exercises when doing super-sets, this way you can be sure that you are getting a full body workout. Also, try focusing on large muscle groups such as legs, chest, and back. By doing this your body will work harder and burn more fat. An example of a quality super-set is doing dumbbell squats followed by dumbbell incline chest presses. As you can see they are both targeting large muscles.

Interval training is another important workout that you need if you want fast results. Intervals are great because they target the belly area and your body will burn calories long after your workout is over. The best way to do intervals is on a treadmill so that you can monitor your time and speed. A good interval workout takes about 20 minutes to complete.

As you can see, super-sets and intervals each take about 20 minutes which means that you can be out of the gym in 40 minutes. With only 3 workouts a week you will get the flat stomach you have always wanted.
