You must also know that others are in need of your perspective when it comes to advice and direction. All things being considered, do you take your vast knowledge for granted?

A great thing that makes expert advice and opinions so valuable is the fact that the expert can choose to withhold the information entirely if he/she would like. It is valued and appreciated when they choose to share this hidden knowledge with the rest of us. The value of this information increases greatly when you consider this perspective.

3. It has greater potential for effectiveness.

It may seem very obvious but the information that comes from a cultured expert has more of a likelihood to be effective than if it were coming from the less knowledgeable. This is of course, why experts are sought out to solve detailed problems in their field. This makes your expert opinion truly valuable because it is unique in that it can only be produced in one way.
