When you're in the throws of a new relationship you will not necessarily be listening to the wise counsel of your best friend as she tells you that the guy you're with is a loser- I mean who wants to be told that?
Neither will you listen to your parents as they warn you about the evils of men - you'll put that down to them having different values and they couldn't possibly understand.

Yet you know that there are guys who will not commit to any woman no matter how much she loves him- or at least you think they would if they met you.

So to help you identify whether you have snagged yourself a commitment shy guy or not, let me convince you to ask your self 3 simple questions.

So, if you can stay in control of the pace of the relationship, you are likely to be able to use your other senses to detect whether he is in fact a good guy or not.

The second question cuts deep into the idea that we women can change our men with our love. It is borne from romantic fiction and makes us do things like try too hard to please a man which isn't good under normal relationship circumstances, but worse when you're with a commitment shy guy.

So if you stop believing this then you will give yourself the chance of not letting him have your heart.
