3 Instantly Effective Tips For Loosing Love Handles That Open the Door to Getting a Six Pack of Abs

Without the right knowledge it is easy to spend endless time doing endless repetitions of sit ups and crunches. In fact you can actually build your ab muscles and make yourself look fatter because you haven't lost the belly fat. There are 3 things that i discovered whilst following a combined program aimed at losing my love handles and belly fat, whilst also helping to define my abs:

1. Get your body burning more calories than it takes in. This is really simple. The professionals call this aerobic training and it involves doing some exercise. This can be something as simple as walking, taking the stairway to your office instead of the elevator or just having a simple, 20 minute jog.

2. Understand how your body is built and how it connects with your stomach muscles. Gym addicts always talk about doing 'Core Strengthening Exercises', this is a phrase that involves more than just focusing on getting abs, it is about exercising the whole of your midsection, the lats as well as the abdominals. Together this builds a flat stomach and a very well toned body.

3. Know your food. This may seem obvious and we all know that junk food isn't great for us. But also being on a diet should not always include taking the 'diet' option. A lot of so called diet foods contain high sugar to make them taste better. I learnt that losing my love handles was all about knowledge and empowering myself to make the right food choices. Getting nutritional advice from an expert was the most important thing.

If you are serious about losing belly fat and losing your love handles you have to empower yourself with the knowledge and the motivation to do it. It also takes some exercise where you have to 'feel the burn'. The good news is that after doing research before i started my program, is that you don't have to burn a hole in your wallet to lose your belly fat.
