If you're looking at purchasing a jogging stroller, you'll find that there are more brands and styles than you imagined, and that the prices can vary dramatically. To help you narrow down your search and help ensure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase, you should take into consideration the following three points.

1. Manoeuvrability - how easily can you turn the jogging stroller, or change direction. Is it responsive and feel 'nice' to push, or are you fighting with it? Take it for a short jog - quite often they will behave differently when going at a running pace rather than a walking pace. Also check that it will fit through a standard doorway - many 3 wheeled models do not, and parents can find it quite frustrating when at a supermarket checkout if their stroller won't fit through

2. Ease of transporting - one thing I always recommend on any stroller purchase is to see how easy it is to take in and out of the trunk of your car. With the store owner's permission, wheel it out and have a go at collapsing the stroller, and lift it into your car. Check that the trunk lid closes without getting caught. Ensure that it's not too heavy or awkward for you to lift in and out of your car - if you can't do it easily - that model is not for you.

3. Weight - ideally you want your jogging stroller to be as light as possible - if you have a 25lb stroller with a child to push up a hill, you're really going to notice. Whilst weight will also come into consideration with getting it in and out of your car, having a lightweight jogging stroller will make a world of difference on a reasonably long jog or walk, and will certainly make you feel less fatigued after several hours at the mall.

In the end it will come down to a number of factors, and undoubtedly price will be the biggest of these, but if you take into consideration the thing above, especially if trying to decide between 2 models, you'll be much happier with your purchase in the long run (pardon the pun).
