3 Exercises to Burn the Fat Feed and the Muscle

Everyday I wake I put my makeup on to help change me from sexy to super sexy. There are parts all over your body that you can try to help out but not all of them are going to be as easy as putting on a little bit of make up to touch up your face. A couple of other ways that you can go and change to super sexy is by doing leg lifts, superman's, and push ups. Every one of these will get you into great shape with all the muscles that they work out.

When you are trying to look a little what a better place to start then your legs because all of the guys love them and once you get them in a little better shape then you are easily going to be able to change the rest of your body.

Great leg workouts will help you make your legs nice and toned. How you do them is by sitting on the ground then putting your feet together once you have that done then you slowly lift them up toward the sty as far up as you can go and then bring them back down and don't touch the floor then repeat. The leg lifts will workout your abs, gluteus maximums, and your hamstrings.

One more exercise that will help you change the way you look so that you can feel a little bit better about yourself are superman's. They are a low impact exercise how you do them is by laying face first on the ground then you lift both your legs and your arms off of the ground and up as far as they go slowly then bring them back down.

This exercise will really work out your abs really good in a matter of days you should be able to see the inches just coming right off.

The last exercise that you can use to help give your self some more self esteem is push ups because they are the best work out for your arms that you can do because you are using your very own body weight against yourself. You do a push up by lying on the floor face down then you spread your arms shoulder width apart.

Once you have done this push slowly up towards the sky then once you reach your peak slowly go back towards the ground but make sure that you keep your body off of the ground. Those are a couple of harder way that you can change your body from just regular sexy to "Oh my did you fall from heaven."
