It is just like any other sickness, disease, and cancer. For example, heavy smokers are more prone to getting lung cancer. If a heavy smoker gets lung cancer than they smoked way too much. Another example is getting the flu. The more weaker your immune system is, the greater chance you will get the flu during flu season.
Luckily, for acne sufferers, you can not die from acne. But, it is telling you that you need to improve your diet, lower your stress level, and possibly get more sleep and exercise more. If you understand this then your stress levels should start to decline leading to improvement in your skin.
3.) Meditate
One of the best methods to reducing stress in your life is to meditate. It can be as simple as getting comfortable, closing your eyes, breathing slowly, and concentrating on your breathing as much as possible.
