The whole 2012 End of the World mentality is spreading like wildfire across the nation. The movie will no doubt spark another huge flame adding to the inferno. In my opinion, there really will be some things to be concerned about. I have no intention to share them here though.

So today I am walking down the street in the city and a guy hands me a flier with the words:

"Yahweh's last days' Witness!"

"Hated by the worlds religious leaders- warns of the coming destruction soon to be upon this earth!"

Save yourself from this wicked and perverse generation.' Earthquakes in place after place, Disease epidemics Global Warming Natural disasters, famine "

The prophetic Word""...... Blah blah blah. It goes on to quote Matt. 24:9"...and you will be hated above all for My Name's Sake." I'll spare you the rest of the details.

Its no wonder why the worlds religious leaders dislike him. Heck I already don't like him. This guys name was impossible to pronounce Yisrayl Hawkins and on his flier is his picture and images of a nuclear blast, A microscope with the words 'Disease' and 'Epidemics'. This kind of thing really gets me, I know it shouldn't but it does bother me.

It goes on and on I'll spare you the details. I know it sells and people buy into it but I think there is enough negativity in the world. I am in some ways inadvertently adding publicity, which is what he wants but this is very different. I just couldn't pass this up.

The guy who gave it to me though was nice enough. Really, I just kind of felt a little pang in myself when he passed me by. IF the end of the world is coming I don't imagine thats the right reason to come to terms with a religion. I am not even certain that the guy who handed me the pamphlet was really a true believer.

Sometimes people will pay other people to pass out their fliers for them. These terror tactics tend to get the public all riled up though. Problem is it works like a charm over and over again. The more terrible the news the more effective the outcome.

The fact is, that there are certain concerns that are a reality in our current world situation. The affects of this combined with other information can, more likely will, cause hysteria. Almost any kind of information can be twisted and tweaked into an alternative agenda, then manipulated to look natural for compelling, convincing, and misdirecting an unaware naive society easily susceptible to herd mentality.

Another huge concern is how the government conceals information regarding space/astronomy. My whole take is a little less skeptical that it used to be, but I still cannot help but think, "Relax, Its only the end of the world Again"
