A Lactose Free Diet Plan can be great if you suffer form Irritable Bowel Syndrome. If you have a hard time digesting Lactose or Milk Sugar then using this type of a diet can really help you a lot.

There is something called Lactase and it mainly breaks down the Lactose so that it gets into the bloodstream. If the Lactase does not get into the blood stream then it can build up in the large intestine and cause discomforts such as, nausea, bloating, cramps, flatulence, diarrhea.
